Requirements for ENT Spr Scheme: Medical Council Full Registration. Possession of MRCS / AFRCS. 6-12 months experience in ENT as an SHO. Research / Presentations: - Presentation - Grand rounds. - National Meeting. - Publications - 1 / 2 ENT publications. ? Research Year.

Interview for Spr : 6 monthly interviews in RCSI. 10 – 15 applicants per 6 month period. 6 / 7 candidates shortlisted. 1 to 3 places per 6 months.
