7 Pre-Fabrication  Build Mocks, Jigs, and Fixtures.  Cut out Plate

8 Pre- Fabrication  Cut out Plate  Assemble Bulkheads

9 Build Shell  On Mock  Inverted Construction

10  Weld pre-fabricated components to shell.  Install piping Structural Outfit

11 Blast/ Paint/ Righten  Boat shell is blasted and painted before being flipped over.  No more welding from this point on.

12 Rough outs/ Install Deckhouse  Install Aluminum Pilothouse.  Install Pilothouse equipment.

13 Install Machinery  Bolt on machinery into foundations.  No connections, yet.

14 Machinery Connection  Connect all machinery.  Avoids people climbing over each other to install and hook-up.  Critical alignments can be done once.

15 Electrical Installations  Only Electricians and Electronics Technicians on the Boat at this time.

16 Final Paint

17 Launch  Final Machinery test on dock  Drop in water for sea trials  Deliver quality CG asset on time and under budget!
