3. Start VisualDSP++ Configurator

5. Select ADSP-BF533 EZ-KIT Lite via Summit (for ENCM 415 Labs) and press Copy...

6. Leave settings at default, press OK (base address should default to 0x7830)

7. Selected platform should be on the right hand pane, press OK

8. Testing the Connection

9. Start ICETest Utility

10. Make sure Summit-ICE is selected as the Type, then press Start

11. ICETest Passed (green checkmarks for all items under status). Click Exit

12. Starting VisualDSP++ for the first time

13. Start VisualDSP++ Environment IMPORTANT NOTE: Hold Down Control (CTRL) on the keyboard

14. Select Blackfin Emulators/EZ-KITs under Debug Target, then select the platform you just created. Change the Session name if needed, then press OK

15. VisualDSP++ started. If there is an error box, check all connections and try again.
