Turn the dial 3 times to the right, stop on the first number. Next, turn the dial one full turn to the left, then stop on the second number. Finally, turn the dial to the right, stopping at the third number. Do not forget to close the lock and turn the dial!

Y ou will be placed into groups and given a section discussing the best ways to read your particular genre. You will create a colorful, easy to read poster containing the following information: Genre definition examples of literary terms associated with this genre reading strategies and definitions (in your own words) strong reader(s) to read the excerpts and answer the questions (Group 4 has 2 excerpts, Group 5 doesn't have any) Your turn!

E ach person in your group must have a role. Some people should be working on the poster, others will read the passages and questions. Bring in examples of your genre for Thursday's presentation.
