ViaSPS is a very cost and time efficient system used to serve the authorities with height information. The Digital Photo System is also highly suitable to document sub suppliers’ maintenance work and the drivers’ view distance. 25. Data Distribution System (ViaLink) The Data Distribution System’s task is to share data from measurement systems in the vehicle with relevant groups. The logged measurements are tagged with information from the trip sensor and verified with the GPS. The information is sent to a central server using mobile communication. This information is encrypted and compressed in order to achieve a fast and failsafe transfer. The central server distributes the data using standard email to one or more recipients.
