3 Performance Indicators Performance indicator refers to the means by which an objective can be judged to have been achieved or not achieved. Indicators are therefore tied to goals and objectives and serve simply as ‘yardsticks’ by which to measure the degree of success in goal achievement at regular intervals. Performance indicators are quantitative tools and are usually expressed as a rate, ratio or percentage. Why In Higher Education: Every teacher is a good teacher ! Co-Curricular, Extension and Professional Development Related Activities: a)Co-curricular and extension activities b) b)Professional Development related contributions Items: Discipline related co-curricular activities- Students Study visit, Student seminar, field work, Career counseling.
