2. You are requested to go through the all contents and forms which are to be duly filled up by your end properly and send the hard copies to us.   After proper verification of address and PIN CODE, we will forward the same to IRCTC DELHI OFFICE for the user ID and PASSWORD.

3. Fill up the following attached forms with Applicant details
 Registration form with Declaration
Digital Signature Form
Identity Card Form

4. Enclose the scan copy of anyone of the following documents:
Passport
Driving license
Voter ID 
PAN CARD (MANDATORY)
Office Address proof 

5. Affix on the form Latest Photograph of the Applicant
Enclose the Attested* Copy as address proof of any one from the following:
Latest telephone bill (landline or mobile) or
Latest electricity bill
LIC receipt (If LIC policy is taken by applicant)
And
Affix on the form Latest Photograph of the Applicant

6. Payment Terms Processing & Registration Fee: Rs. 10,000/-
(Ten Thousand only)
