3.  Clouds are collections of tiny ice crystals or water droplets.  All air contains water vapor. When the air cools water vapor condenses.  This condensed water vapor collects on dust particles in the air to form clouds.

4.  Clouds reflect the light of the sun.  Light is made up of all the colors of the rainbow. o When all of these colors are reflected at once they appear to be white.

5.  When the clouds get really thick or high in the sky all of the colors of the rainbow can’t reflect off of the water droplets so it appears darker.  Shadows from other clouds can make them look darker.
