13  Electronic Transfer  Funds applied to tuition, fees, housing, other charges  Refund checks or direct deposit beginning the first day of classes  Refund can be applied to One Card, meal plan, books, etc.

14  You may defer any financial aid and scholarships on your UNC Billing Statement  Mark “defer” and indicate aid amounts and sources on the back of your statement  Deduct aid and pay difference; if there is a surplus you will receive a refund
