11 Mobile TV: key takeaways TV needs indoor coverage - D-VBH : 300-500 antennas are required for a full coverage of Paris - S-DMB in Seoul, 2000-4000 antennas are required Indoor coverage of Mobile TV needs more antennas than current GSM network ! Frequencies allocation –A need to exist at a European level, for economies of scale. -A solution has to be found before the digital dividend (2012) Mobile TV terminals –Terminals for mobile TV will be multiple (dedicated for car ? i-pod TV ?...)
