3 Vision “United we stand divided we fall”  An open, inclusive, cohesive and equitable multicultural Finnish society, in which cultural, linguistic, religious and productive diversity is understood, valued and supported  Moniheli is a grass roots organization on making  specially with the bottom up approach rather than top down  to plan and develop the multicultural forum  for the migrant organizations around Helsinki metropolitan area.

4 Vision and Mission  to increase and improve  cooperation between various organizations all dealing with similar issues and aiming for the same outcome..  offer each organization better opportunity to arrange the activities they are primarily founded for  and also come up with new ideas and activities.  to provide a functional network for migrants organizations  which enables them to operate more efficiently in their activities through networking with other organizations

5 Why Moniheli?  stronger visibility and louder united voice with recommendations in Finnish society  networking can offer practical help and advice on  financing, administration, education, providing information and recruiting members  to believe in the idea of civil society and  having better possibilities to influence on society as a group in which all members have the same objectives  making the integration more easier
