8 E-books | 8 Customer feedback on ebooks shows added values for all target groups Reseachers Librarians Authors Librarians I am a small library – and I can not afford the “big deal”. I would rather pick and choose individual titles. Right now, it’s hard to know what books are out there. With journals and articles it’s very easy. If there could be a good central database for books, it would be very useful, and I think you would see more books being published. Books will follow the same way of transition process from print to electronic like journals – maybe even faster, because we already got the experience from the journals. I would like to see more online books out there. It is convenient to have a chapter level approach with books. I do not have any problems to read full text PDF’s on the screen. I guess I get a lot value for money with the e-book database offerings. And it makes life easier for me. Anyway´content, pricing and open platforms are key to success.
