8 Resources Through The Network The Continuous Improvement Network (The Network) is Oregon’s system of support for addressing the needs of Priority and Focus Schools and districts, delivering professional development and facilitating coaching sessions.  Leadership Coach  Regional Network Coordinator  Professional development with Coaches

9 Comprehensive Achievement Plans  Indistar tool  Progress monitoring  Quarterly reviews through ODE  Targeting energy on system changes that will reduce the achievement gap for the school

11 Timeline for Focus Schools  By August 30, 2013  Leadership Coaches will be hired and matched with Focus Schools to mentor school leadership  Schools notified of SI allocation  Include missing prescribed intervention(s) in CAP  November 15, 2013  First ODE quarterly review/feedback of 2013-2014 CAP  SST pilot beginning  December 2013  Initial implementation of prescribed interventions
