1 One System does it all All the plan types you need:  from POP to full-flex plans  FSA and DCAP Accounts  Health Savings Accounts (HSA)  Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)  132(f) Transportation Reimbursement

2 One System does it all All the Components you need:  Documents, Summary Plan Descriptions  Required Amendments and SMMs  Employee Notices and Communications  Administrative Forms

3 To start, click on or select an existing plan.

4 Enter part of a name or number to “zero in” on your selection. Find existing plans by plan name, company name, EIN, TIN, or ID number. Locating existing plans couldn’t be easier!

5 The system saves all previous amendments and restatements of your plan. You can easily retrieve and print any restatement or amendment of your documents and forms. Click “Add new” to create a copy of the latest amendment – no need to start from scratch!

6 Start a new plan or amend an existing plan by completing three Plan Information tabs.

8 2. Plan Info Choose the Plan Sub Type

9 3. Document Info Click here to prevent accidental changes to this amendment.

10 Click the Plan Checklist in the Folder View.

11 Data from the Plan Information tabs or from a prior restatement will pre- fill many of the fields.

12 Scroll through the checklist, or click to go directly to a section.

13 Important! Turn on Edit Checks before you begin. Then click the green check mark.

14 Document System gives you line-item tips and instant edit-checking to help you prepare error-free documents. Click an error message to go directly to that line item.

15 NOTE: Many other forms are listed on the Print screen. Select additional forms to complete and modify.

16 Tailor the appearance of your screen.

17 Control on-screen resolution with the zoom button.

18 Add custom language to your Adoption Agreement or SPD by clicking on a blank icon…

19 …and enter or paste your customization in the pop-up box.

20 Save time and effort by setting up and copying from “default plans” with commonly used provisions.

21 Printing: First click the Batch Print icon.

22 Then choose from the vertical tabs.

23 Plan Documents Then choose from the vertical tabs. With amendments, SPDs, and SMMs

24 Ancillary Documents Then choose from the vertical tabs. Administrator forms and discretionary SMMs

25 Employee Communications Then choose from the vertical tabs.

26 Choose to print multiple forms at once. Define groups of forms to print for each plan.

27 Customize document and form appearance: Font type, size & attributes; margins; dates; and pagination.

28 Preview your completed work.

29 Select from multiple printers (including archive print drivers), or store the forms in word processing (.rtf) or Adobe® Acrobat (.pdf) format.
