4  Coordinator Temidayo Osinubi appointed early 2012 - funded by Swiss and Swedish BirdLife Partners  Landbirds Working Group funded by Switzerland › Chaired by Olivier Biber › Met Accra August 2012 to develop draft Action Plan  Comments received from Scientific Council  New draft in progress and soon to be circulated  Options for implementation mechanism need exploration
