Collapsible High Heel Shoe This shoe would transform between low- heeled settings optimized for walking and a high heeled version for more formal events. Maintaining the outer appearance of the shoe would be an important factor.

Laptop Carrier This device would be mounted over the wearers shoulders and extend ahead of them in order to support a laptop for use while walking. Cupholders and a function to retract the laptop into a rear carrier would be included.

360 Degree Shower This device aims to create a helical shower head which directs its water jets towards its own axis, where the user stands, allowing the user to experience 3600 of exposure to warm water.

Child Seat This project aims to improve the usability of child car seats by replacing manually adjustable belts with retractable versions. These would be automatically tensioned to a set point and locked in order to secure the passenger.

Kicking Cage This device would be, for kickball, what a batting cage is for baseball. This device would ‘pitch’ a kickball at the user at one of three settings: a roll, a light force pitch, and a strong force pitch. The user would then kick the ball towards the back of the cage, which would feed the ball back towards a hopper, which would in turn feed the ball back into the pitching machine.

Boat Cleaner Speedboats can pull into a slip at a marina, pay a couple a bucks and have a machine clean the bottom of your boat. There will be rails on both sides of the slip possibly using existing car washing technology.

Vibrating Alarm Clock Many students have trouble setting not hitting the snooze button on their alarms. This device would be a vibrating bracelet which acts as an alarm clock. Though the bracelet can be taken on and off freely before it is activated, once activated the vibrating band locks around the wrist until it comes into contact with a sensor which deactivates it. By mounting this sensor far away from their rooms (near a shower or by the front door) the user can ensure that their alarm will get them up and moving.

Swimming Auto Kicker Currently when a swimmer practices his arm strokes, he uses a swim buoy which holds his legs above the water. The problem is that motion of a swimmers kicking is a major factor stabilizing the swimmer, so the use of a swim buoy tends to increase the amount which the swimmer rolls. This device would add a robotic kicking motion to the swim buoy, allowing the user to concentrate on his arm movements without losing the stability of his leg motion.

Weight Sensing Garbage System The device would be connected to a garbage container. A weight sensor would be used to check the weight of the garbage inside the bag, and after a certain weight has been reached, a hook would used to close the bag.

Kitten/Puppy auto playpen Design a pen that can contain a kitten or small puppy and provide interaction. The pen would randomly activate toys in the pen and/or turn on the toys in response to the animal playing with it.

Supper Soaker Clips and Super Soaker Pressure Station Design a gun and refilling station that automatically fills and pressurizes super soaker water gun clips that can be removed and inserted directly into the gun. No pumping, no waiting at the hose, just clip and go.

CO 2 Drink Cooler Insert standard 12-20 oz beverage into the machine and within seconds your beverage is supercooled to desired temperature. This could also have an option to frost mugs.
