7 Process Overview Application and supporting documents received Applicant sent confirmation of receipt Applicant sent request for missing documents if applicable Audit log verification Training verification

8 Process Overview Cont’d Resume` reviewed (employment verification) Send Vote Request to the RMC Applicant is notified of pending vote Unanimous vote must be reached by RMC

9 Certifying the Auditor Votes in and Applicant approved. Email is sent notifying Applicant of approval. An account for the Auditor is created in Oasis. Auditor is provided the Oasis website log-in information. Auditor is sent an ID card and certificate of attainment.

10 Processing Times and Delays Goal is to have the application processed within 30 days of receipt. However, delays do occur… 1.Incomplete Application · Email is sent giving the Applicant 15 days. · No response? Applicant emailed again and given extra 10 days. · Still no response? Phone call made to Applicant with final request. Given 5 days. · No response after 5-day period? Application is withdrawn.
