Reporting on Progress Must focus on how overall objectives are being met, not incrementalism Success will be judged by how well research responds to original selection criteria : Significance of the research question and the extent to which the proposed research addresses the priorities as expressed in one or more of the outlined research themes; Involvement of federal government researchers, foreign researchers and/or other partners; Integration between academic and government researchers; Ability to deliver research results and undertake knowledge transfer of these results to federal government departments and/or other potential end-users
