2 The Citizen CPR Foundation The Citizen CPR Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping citizens and communities save lives. Mission: To save lives from sudden death by stimulating citizen and community action. Co-Sponsors: American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and Industry Partners

9 Building Instructor Capacity Seek out training classes in your local community Seek grant funding to cover the cost of training new Instructors in your Council/Troops each year Consider upgrading current Instructors to Instructor Trainers

10 Volunteers and other Considerations Scouts Parents/Family Places of Worship Schools Food and Beverage for Volunteers Volunteer shifts Parking Acknowledgement (t-shirts, letters, community service hours, etc.)
