This was already the case when GRID activity started, time was needed to network with the right RFID experts working for ETSI Members on the new ICT subject  ERM TG34 and TG28 confirmed their focus on intensive RFID Radio related Standardization conducted in ETSI TC ERM in liaison with ad hoc external bodies
