2. Vallejo Village Community is a $100M dollar sustainable state of the art community. There will be 150 homes, along with multi-family condos, developed on a 122-acre site, which includes 50 units of senior citizen housing, and a commercial strip mall near the gated community. This community will have a high tech security system along with other amenities. With the proper location, quality of land, zoning and infrastructure, we can redevelop this plan wherever a person or organization would like to build. We are currently looking for financial partners to share not only the profits from building the community once the units are sold, but also the annual revenue from onsite commercial buildings.
