Aaron and Suzy McKee founded and built the business with hard work, integrity, and creativity; values learned growing up on rural Kansas farms. The top twenty states were: Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, District of Columbia, Virginia, Georgia and Michigan. International Audience Approximately 257,579 visits came from 130 countries in November 2009. The top 20 non U.S. countries were: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, Egypt, Morocco, Lebanon, Germany, India, France, Philippines, Netherlands, Iraq, China, Venezuela, Japan, Poland, Puerto Rico, Italy and Turkey.
