TENOSYNOVITIS. Doppler Transverse Longitudinal Finger flexor digitorum tenosinovitis. Abnormal peri-tendinous Doppler signal within the widened synovial sheath, seen in two perpendicular planes (i.e. excluding normal feeding vessels at the mesotenon or vinculae). Abnormal intra-tendinous signal seen in two perpendicular planes (i.e. excluding intra-tendinous small isolated signals) can also be detected in tenosynovitis on Doppler mode.
