Effects on Maori Achievement: Comes from Syndicate Meetings (First box); Monitoring Meetings- teachers target student; teachers Writing Inquiry; teachers using the data smarter- knowing how their Maori, Pasifika students are achieving ; quality teachers- quality teaching and learning; Teachers being focused on Maori enjoying educational success as Maori- Ka Hikitia Goal; knowing what my role as a leader is.
