10 Focus for 2015 Increase Revenue for Existing Programs -Skills camp revenue -Increase fees $45 to $65 per kid (soft cap for 3+ kids?) -Boost Membership and attendance -How many 2014 – reasonable increase ? -Boosting the Boosters -Better commitment to signage at games -Email Blasts to membership with sponsorship info -Giveways at games, little footballs etc -Advertising to business owners in the program -Lower cost but more sponsors -Family Sponsors? -Add New and additional revenue streams -Icheer Cookies -Tag Day -Any Suggestions ?
