Maintenance Contract The Coral Connection, inc 1106 Main Street Suite 4, Billings Montana 59105 406-259-5919 The Coral Connection After Sale Guidance and Maintenance Contract The Coral Connection is an honest company that operates with integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction. It is only to prevent any potential misunderstandings with our customers that we have drafted this contract. The Coral Connection (TCC) will provide the following services to customers who purchase the 24 gallon Nano Cube packages. One time a week, at preset times and days, an employee of TCC will arrive at the tank site and perform routine maintenance. This maintenance will include, water top off and water changes as necessary, the chemical testing of water perimeters and corrective action as necessary, cleaning of aquarium glass and décor, and filter maintenance. A log book will be maintained at each tank site. The Coral Connection (TCC) will provide the following services to customers who purchase the 55 gallon, the 75 gallon, or the 90 gallon Bullet Proof Reef systems. Two times a week, at preset times and days, an employee of TCC will arrive at the tank site and perform routine maintenance. This maintenance will include, water top off and water changes as necessary, the chemical testing of water perimeters and corrective action as necessary, cleaning of aquarium glass and décor, and filter maintenance. A log book will be maintained at each tank site. The Coral Connection (TCC) will provide the following services to customers who purchase a 220 gallon Show System. Three times a week, at preset times and days, an employee of TCC will arrive at the tank site and perform routine maintenance. This maintenance will include, water top off and water changes as necessary, the chemical testing of water perimeters and corrective action as necessary, cleaning of aquarium glass and décor, and filter maintenance. A log book will be maintained at each tank site. The length of time specified for the After Sale Guidance and Service Contract is as follows. 24 Gallon Nano Cube, thirty days from the date of initial sale, contract expires. 55, 75 or 90 Gallon Bullet Proof,sixty days from the date of initial sale, contract expires 55, 75 or 90 Gallon Bullet Proof,sixty days from the date of initial sale, contract expires 220 Gallon Show Systems, 90 days from initial sale, contract expires. Normal business hours are flexible but emergency calls after 9pm or before 9am, Monday through Friday are charged $64.00 an hour, including travel time, if located outside of Yellowstone County. TCC is closed on Sundays, however Sunday appointments are usually available. Extended service contracts are available for $32 dollars an hour. Special circumstances apply to animals requiring more care and attention than typical aquarium specimens. That will be arranged between TCC and the customer as needed.. Seahorses, sharks, stingrays, octopi, certain anemones, and some corals are examples of (but not all inclusive of) these types of animals. If the TCC employee will be late for the appointment or if the customer needs to reschedule, a courtesy call will be made by the employee or the customer. TCC cannot be responsible for the failure of electrical equipment nor can it be held responsible for animal losses due to power outages, equipment failure or malfunction, over feeding, or by mistreatment of the animals or tank. Additionally, it is not responsible for losses from not adhering to the After Sale Guidance recommendations. After Sale GuidanceAfter Sale Guidance In the unlikely event that an animal dies within the 7 day warranty period, it will be replaced without charge to the customer, with the exception of shipping. If the replacement animal is not in stock, shipping costs can usually be avoided if the customer will wait until the next scheduled shipment to arrive at TCC for the replacement animal. Animals include all fish, corals, snails crabs, anemones and shrimp. Live Rock is exempt. All purchases of less than $1000.00 must be paid for at the time of sale. Larger purchases require a nonrefundable deposit of 25% and the balance in upon delivery. Show Systems purchases will require 50% nonrefundable deposit and the balance upon delivery. Company or personal checks will require clearance time before tanks can be delivered. The customer agrees to pay for all goods and services received and any legal, collection or court costs arising from nonpayment. This is a legal, binding contract made in good faith.
