Payment Terms and Delivery Schedule The total purchase price to be paid by Buyer to Seller for the product acquired is to be transferred to Seller’s account in full prior to the product leaving the Seller’s facility: The Down-payment in the amount of 60% of the contract value shall be transferred to Seller’s account upon the mutual acceptance of the present proposal.
