3. + Benefits FAMILY PACT program can provide you with free family planning services such as: Birth Control methods and supplies Basic Reproductive health assessments Prevention and Treatment of sexually transmitted infections Female and Male sterilization Individual education and counseling

4. + Limitations The Family PACT Program Does not: Provide you with all medical care free of charge. Cover anyone else unless they too are enrolled in the program. You can only get these services at medical clinics/pharmacies that offer the FAMILY PACT program.

5. + How To Enroll In Family PACT Program Meet eligibility criteria: At risk of getting pregnant or causing pregnancy California Resident No other affordable family planning health coverage or needing services to be kept confidential Income guidelines (see chart on next slide) Fill out CEC form and bring it to the Student Health Center.
