Food and Cooking Safety Wash hands and all utensils before and after preparation and eating! No sneezing or coughing! No meat! Single and personal servings Chokeable foods: popcorn, raw carrots, raisins, candy, whole hot dogs, whole grapes

Eating Together Child eats when hungry Child decides how much to eat Adult decides what to eat - choices! Older children eat with family Younger children sit with family during meal Eating problems start as parent problems –Don’t let happen once what you aren’t willing to have happen 100 times! –JCC boy story Relax = enjoy your children and food!
