Our Mission is to improve the quality of life in our communities by reducing tobacco use – serving the counties of Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming.

14 TOBACCO FREE NORTHEAST PA FY 2011 SUCCESS Patient with Diabetes, Peripheral Artery Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Hypertension progressed from a contemplative smoker to a non-smoker utilizing effective cognitive behavioral change, NRT and counseling. 16 TOBACCO FREE NORTHEAST PA FY 2011 SUCCESS Youth Leadership Institute held in December 2010 with 35 teens from 8 counties.
