2. Purpose The purpose of Faculty Appreciation Week is simply to acknowledge the sustained and dedicated efforts of our university’s greatest resource, the faculty.

3. Highlights Monday, April 6 – Faculty Enrichment Series: “Work-Life Balance Revisited: Peace of Mind for Faculty” Thursday, April 9 – University of Arkansas Faculty Panel: “This is Your Life” Friday, April 10 – Ice Cream Social Student buy-in – Details to come!

4. Some Sponsors Bookstore – 25% discount for faculty during the week – Featured faculty authors Chartwells – Extending “Friday $6 lunch deal” to all faculty during the week for lunch or dinner – Daily $20 Starbucks gift card drawing for those who dine with Chartwells and leave business card
