As a result, changes to SMS- you will see below. Front Desk – escort all visitors and must wear badges Confront visitors who you are unsure of and escort them back to the main office – direction from Rob Thornburg School Resource Officer – one between both buildings, but working on one per building – this year- when we learn more details we will inform Staff ID’s – MUST wear - Swipe Cards- Tracy Smith will be sending an with details of hours of access. It is a Key fob. It logs when you walk into the building and if we question if someone is using the fob who shouldn’t – the video cameras will capture details. Parking Spaces – over 80 plus issued in district for visitors, SRO’s, etc… to alleviate parking on side by door. This will be communicated to parents. Please let us know if you see this happening or see any cars. We will be doing perimeter checks with the SRO. OLD FORMULAS – OUT THE DOOR: New one – based on school performance – Grade (not AYP) “ WE NEED TO ADAPT” Grade Math down 9 ….. Reading down 8 Grade Math down 3 ….
