Recommendations: Reinforce (mandate) English language rule Find means to motivate delegates to engage more during the panel discussion’s Q & A Continue with the Steering Cmt process to offer syndicate roles, then the early selection and notification process, followed by quality on-site training for MSRs and briefs to leaders on D-1 Overall assessment: Excellent syndicate facilities and support by the MSRs enabled productive syndicate sessions and effective products.
