2. 2 The presenter(s): The ask: Brian Cosgrove Policy Decision: request CTG approval to approve Patient File Attachment functionality thru MyChart  Sponsor: MyChart Steering Committee  Scope:  Enable functionality which allows a patients to attach and send a document / file to UCSF thru a MyChart Patient Message  Timeline: Activation following CTG approval  Cost / Savings: Time spent by practice staff scanning and uploading documents to a patients chart. ~ 2 min / patient, 1-5 pages  Funding: Current operating budget
