10 10 Address Matching Results (Using 25 Common BCA Classifications) Benton: 30-40% match Morrison: 20% match St. Cloud: 60% match Wright: 70-80% ( with manipulation of data)

11 11 RTAC Conclusions Attempt POC application with cleaner data such as Park & Recreation Keep it Simple Work on underlying infrastructure –Regional base map –XML data schema –Improve on data collection procedures, i.e. GPS Learn from other collaboratives Keep talking

12 12 Thoughts on Collaboration Good collaboration requires… a ‘culture’ change – a good organizational structure by itself will not work. a concerted effort to communicate outside our respective organizations. rethinking how we are organized, i.e. GIS groups, IT Groups, Economic development groups, etc.
