12. 12 Thoughts on Collaboration Good collaboration requires… a ‘culture’ change – a good organizational structure by itself will not work. a concerted effort to communicate outside our respective organizations. rethinking how we are organized, i.e. GIS groups, IT Groups, Economic development groups, etc.
