4. 3.WHAT IS THE PROBLEM YOU ARE TRYING TO SOLVE? As there are many places about which Tourists don’t know, the reason is that the places are far away from the places where they live. In Pakistan there is no such app which can manage a full tour for the user..

5. 4.WHAT IS THE SOLUTION? So for this purpose we are going to develop an Android App which will be able to help and guide the Tourists. It will manage the tour for User according to his budget and no of days plan. TourBook may also be called as Pre-Planning Book, because through this app tourists are known in advance that which type of difficulties they will face in the future.

6. 5.WHY WILL THIS SOLUTION BE EFFECTIVE? The reason is that, most of the people or tourists will get the awareness of many different and beautiful places to visit.

7. 6.DESCRIBE YOUR TECHNOLOGY AND PROTOYPE? For the time being we are going to develop an Android Based App but later on we will work on some other platforms like Desktop Based and Web Based Applications, we are using PARSE for time being and later on online Server which will be capable for Fetching the data according to the user requirements.

8. 7.MARKET FIT AND COMPETITION? This TourBookpak App is user friendly and the users must attract by this App, which is our Required goal to achieve. This app will hae an extra functionality of socialisng due to which it make it the best in market place.

10. 9.WHAT IS YOUR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE? The advantage for us is that the people and specially the Hotels will pay us because through this app they can also do the publicity of their Hotels.

11. 10.HOW WILL YOU IMPLEMENT THIS SOLUTION? We are using android platform fror its implementation for its prototype while in future we are going to make its web page also.

12. 11.WHAT ARE YOUR PROJECTED COSTS AND REVENUE? Our projected costs are lower as compare to the revenue because for this App we generally used an Android Phone and we also need a server of our own to make the user’s data more and more secure but at the start we are using Parse servers.,which are free to use

13. 12.HOW WILL YOU MARKET THIS SOLUTION? To get it in market we will use social networks and other cheap sources of advertisment to get this app in market. Also we are willing to launch it in any IT expo of pakistan.

14. 13.WHAT ARE YOUR 3 MILESTONES OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS? We will launch our App on Google play as soon as possible. To add the location of the tourism areas of the country. To make a website and desktop application based on our App (TourBook).

21. 17. DID YOUR TEAM COLLABORATE GLOBALLY? WHERE ARE YOUR TEAM MEMBERS LOCATED? We havent collaborate globally but Yup Of Course we collaborate localy ! Because without my Team members it will become very difficult for me to develop this App. This TourBook App is developed by the local Collaboration of the Team “AASKI”. Every member played his important role in all aspects i.e in Developing, Designing and in many other areas. My Team Members are located in Peshawar.
