3 Sant Cugat participates in the OPTIMUS project with two pilot buildings, the Town Hall and the Theatre Auditori Sant Cugat has developed a Sustainable Energy Action Plan, that was submitted in 2008 It is currently finalising an updated version setting new energy saving and emissions targets. 1.OVERVIEW 2.The SCEAF - Inputting data 3.The SCEAF - Outputs 4.
