2 History  considerable WSUD activity elsewhere in Australia  limited WSUD activities in Sydney  growing interest in WSUD  agreement WSROC, HNCMT, UPRCT to promote WSUD in western Sydney  SIA Seminar on OSDR in May 2001 Heritage Mews, Balmoral Road WSUD  LHCCREMS WSUD program in 2001  WSROC/ UPRCT organise this seminar.

3 Recent Developments n LHCCREMS Urban Water Cycle Management program – 2001 n SCCG Technical Committee survey WSUD WSUD working group n WSROC/ MACROC/ UPRCT form WSUD Reference Group to guide program and encourage WSUD in western Sydney

4 Recent Developments n WSUD Reference Group framed Terms of Reference and agreed to………. n set up WSUD advisory groups – agencies, academics, industry. n integrated WSUD ‘capacity building’ program for coastal and western Sydney. n submit single Stormwater Trust grant application for 2 co-ordinators to run program. n survey local WSUD needs and issues.
