2. Naila Bagh Palace , Jaipur
Thakur Fateh Singh Ji was the head of the Naila Thikana and the Prime Minister of Jaipur in the late 18th century. He was a multi talented personality and a taskmaster. Then Maharaja of Jaipur H.H Ram Singh ji considered him his closest confidant.
Upon becoming Prime Minister Fateh Singh ji re-organized the entire administration of the state and put things in order. The Famous Albert Hall was built under his initiative and supervision. It was during his time as Prime Minister that the decision to paint the city walls in pink was made and executed. Electricity via gas was introduced. Water ways were developed. The work on Janter Manter was initiated. Proper road system was introduced for the first time in Jaipur.
In 1862 Fateh Singh Ji arranged the marriage of his niece to HH Maharaja Ram Singh ji from Naila Bagh Palace. He personally did the Kanyadan.
During his time, Naila became one of the most influential estates and a political powerhouse in Jaipur state.

Cooking session
The cooking session is fun, informal and hands-on. It is usually conducted by Trivikram Singh Naila himself and he meets with the guests and starts the demonstration by braking ice with guests, then proceeding to the details of the cooking show such as utensils used, spices and other ingredients required. Then he proceeds with his class while also conversing with the guests about Jaipur, Naila , sharing anecdotes etc. Language: English
