Importance of Barium UGI study to detect and repair an anatomical cause (big pouch, wide anastomosis, gastro-gastric fistula etc) If acceptable anatomy>> Non Adjustable silicone band. Alternative: Stomafix, jejuno-anastomo-gastric pouch sleeve or plication.
