10. The history of RLF - Rail Logistics and Forwarding
1972 Fertrans AG was founded in Buchs, Switzerland.
1985 Scansped AB established Scandinavian Rail Cargo AB (SRC) by merging the railway activities from Fallenius Leffler AB and Skandiatransport AB.
1986 Transportkompaniet AB and Wilson AB are merged with SRC.
1994 SRC became a wholly owned subsidiary of Bilspedition
and is integrated in the Specialistgruppen.
Scandinavian Rail Cargo AB changed name to
Schenker Rail Cargo AB.
2001 Railog was established as a Joint Venture of DB
Cargo and Stinnes Logistics.
2003 Introduction of the brand name Railog.
2004 Railog became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schenker AG.
2008 The business activities of Railog and Fertrans are
