4 Golden Rules of time management
Get things done fast, efficiently and immediately even if it is hard to begin. Start with the things you like the least and do the easier things as a reward Every day must be structured (into time periods). Time management is easier if you have a plan. Give yourself a little break sometimes in order to be able to do important things with much more effort Concentrate on the important things and avoid useless employment of distraction. © Kevin Hawryluk

5 Two paRtner works Max and Luisa Luisa about herself: Max about Luisa:
If I had to die in a couple of months, I would spend my time with my family and my closest friends. I would travel to every place I like but haven’t gone yet. For example Paris and London. I would also visit my host family and my friends in the United States of America. I would spend all of my saved money and I would try to have a good time. Commentary: I think my description of Luisa’s last few months of her life is very good. I wrote that she would spend a lot of her time with her family and with very good friends because she likes them very much. She would also travel to places she loves, for example California. Max about Luisa: First she would cry a lot, but then she would celebrate her life because it was great. She would spend a lot of her time with her friends and do a little bit online shopping (because she hates city shopping!).She would take part on the world-cheerleading-contest because she loves this kind of sports. In the last few days she would spend her time with her family and her childhood friend Lena in Caliornia. © Kevin Hawryluk

6 Two Partner Works 2. Lisa and Jonas
Lisa about herself: If I got to know that I would only have three to six months left, then I’d cry very long and very much, but then I’d try to make the best out of it. I’d spend much time with the people I love, especially with my family and my boyfriend. I’d buy a lot of expensive presents for them, but they’d all be meaningful. I’d want to sing my favorite song in front of a big crowd of people. I’d visit many places I’ve never visited before like China or the USA. I’d write a book in order to not to fade into obscurity. I’d visit all the people who did bad things to me and tell them that I wish that they’ll suffer a lot in their future. In order to cope with the hard situation and not to be scared of dying I’d go to church and pray a lot. Jonas about Lisa: I think she would like to do all the things she had never done before. She would stay with her boyfriend and enjoy the rest of her life even more Comment: This case is very remarkable, because the answers are very different. There are many things she’d do that he couldn’t have expected, because there wasn’t enough time to get to know her very well. The things he expected were right, but there are many further wishes she mentions. © Kevin Hawryluk

9 Achieving your dreams and goals depends on several factors
1. You should have a specific goal. 2. You have to be sure that you really want to achieve your goal. 3. You need to have a clear mental image of your goal. 4. You need a strong desire. 5. You need to disregard and reject doubts and thoughts about failure. 6. Show confidence and faith and persevere until you gain success © Kevin Hawryluk

10 5 Golden rules of how to reach your dreams
Don’t have too high expectations Never give up even if there’s an obstacle Don’t listen to the people who say that your dreams aren’t realistic Do everything possible to reach it. There shouldn’t be anything that you didn’t try Keep focused on your dreams and don’t let others distract your attention from your dreams © Kevin Hawryluk
