Three characteristics of a strong brand – Unique (what can I do, be, or own that no one else can) – Relevant (impactful emotionally and rationally to people I care about) – Consistent (over time, brands either strengthen or deteriorate - Billy Graham v Tiger Woods) Brand Strength ≠ Everyone likes me. – Know what you stand for – Know what you will NOT stand for.
