2. Dengue Fever Dengue fever is a disease caused by a family of viruses that are transmitted by mosquitoes. The symptoms are headaches, fever, exhaustion, severe muscle and joint pain, swollen glands, and rash.

3. Contagious and Curable? It isn’t contagious due to the fact that its passed from mosquitos infecting your blood. Because dengue fever is caused by a virus, there is no specific medicine or antibiotics to treat the disease.
