11 © 2011 Autodesk Post Vendor Summit Several actions have been taken after the summit. Project Manager Summit Held before FY13 projects start, to encourage the face to face communications among Autodesk Program Managers and Vendor Project Managers. Tools Evaluation: Autodesk started to looking for more simplified project management tool to improve collaboration. The vendor Project Managers will be invited to take part in this evaluation. This is a very good practice that vendors can be involved before any new tools are introduced. Platform Enhancement: Autodesk continuously improves the integrated platform like GMS (WorldServer +Trisoft). Vendors often found that the platform offers increasing productivities since actions and improvements are constantly driven and executed by Autodesk.
