Before CIG strengthen- ing, Awareness for 6 months Submission of CIGs 26423331-- Approval of CIGs26423331Delay (Slow process)Time bound: 15 days Timely Delivery Submission of Projects 26417589More Paper work More expectations from CIGs Paper work as per capacity of CIG members Sanctioned Projects 264151113Long procedure of Panel Earlier low conversance with line dept. Fee charges Rs.500 by panel Project approval from RUDA, DIC, MNIT delayed Formation of Project Sanction Committee

10 AGRAS-TONK 9 Lessons Learnt TaskTargetAchievem ent RemainingLessons LearntWhat Next Contribution and MOU Submission 15111041Drought for 3 Years hence problem face by our organization for contribution Notary Fees At initial stage SHG pattern may be adopted for 1 year after that Grading. This will ease contribution collection. Fund Release11010406objections after project sanction Delayed fund release Immediate Fund release, after project sanction. Delay de-motivates CIGs Submission UC10476-Difficult to gather the documents from CIGs. Local stakeholders misguided. Very less Gram Sabha Documents as per capacity of CIGs NGO-GO control over fund release is must. It will be easy to follow the rules & regulations Submission CC7647(29) Under Process

11 AGRAS - TONK 9 Lessons Learnt TaskTargetAchieve ment Remaini ng Lessons LearntWhat Next CC adjust by DPMU 1044729After March ’05 Physical Verification became must for pending projects. Many CCs pending only because of this change There should be common policy based on ground reality for CC adjustment. Sustainability after 3 month 230 Lengthy process of CC, NGOs could not complete task, which resulted in delayed reimbursement. This created economic crisis & mental tension among NGO worker. CC adjustment within 15 days after receiving required documents. DPMU should fix accountability. Cluster--We are going to submitted Garment stitching We have planned clusters for Buffalo It will be submitted very soon.
