They don´t care about their appearance In Slovak it is „the clothes make the person“. In Britain is saying „manners make the man“. 3. They ruin their tea with milk For British people, is our tea weak and tasteless and the idea of putting lemon in it is just as strange as the idea of adding milk for us. 4. They don´t eat soup Many British people feel that a good desert, like sweet or filling, is important. Not soups. 5. They wear their shoes indoors Although British people do keep their shoes on indoors, you never see a house where dirty footprints were on the carpet. Funny Britain

The Northern Ireland Lies in the northeast of Ireland, covering about a sixth of the island's total area with the population of 1.7 mil. A bit of history: Once both parts belonged to the UK. In 1801 Ireland became part of the UK, with the adoption of the name the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. After years of a civil war, Ireland became a republic in 1921. Britain negotiated with Ireland to keep the North of the state. This area now makes up the N.I.

Scotland a lot of lakes and rivers lakes are called lochs, the most famous one is Loch Ness with its mysterious monster Nessie traditional Scottish clothing is the kilt (it is a kind of skirt, worn by men). Men dressed in kilts usually have another traditional thing – bagpipes. (although the Scottish bagpipes are very famous, this musical instrument does not have its origin in Scotland)
