Method Phases Structure and Phases The structure of the studied methods is very different. Each one has very specific phases to achieve the proposed goals. Trainer Profile - Skills Many skills are transversal to the trainer profile defined for each method. Target Group Most of the methods can be applied to any kind of target group, from lower qualified to higher qualified people with university degree. Regarding the age, we can conclude that the majority of methods were valid to all groups. This may mean that finding mission in life is not a matter of skills or age but of attitude in life.
