Homes and places where people want to live In House Apprenticeships Craft Apprenticeship scheme is 25 years old We employ 360 craft operatives over 35% of current Craft Operatives are home grown Trained to City and Guilds Level 3 in all crafts. 100% successful completion from apprentice to Operative since 2004.
