Many accidents happen because.. - Driving a moped on public roads without a driving license; - Inexperience of youth, not keeping a safe distance away from the car; - Failure to change the direction of travel or failure to pass both the priority of moped drivers and the drivers, and speeding, losing control of the vehicle.
